We are proud to announce the successful completion of the Division 9 package for the Lucid Private Offices project in Nashville, Tennessee. This high-end office build-out on the 6th and 10th floors showcases our expertise in drywall, framing, ceilings, and interior finishes, delivering premium spaces tailored for modern professional environments.

Ceiling Systems

  • Installation of extensive 24" x 24" ceiling grid and tile systems using USG Ceiling Solutions: USG Frost 414 tiles and Donn XL 15/16" grid, both in sophisticated Flat Black 205.
  • Perimeter detailing and custom gypsum board clouds with framing for a clean, architectural look.
  • Additional wood ceiling elements and bulkhead framing for visual interest and functional separation.

Drywall & Wall Systems

  • High-volume 5/8" Type X gypsum board installation across multiple sheet sizes (4x8, 4x9, 4x12) for both standard and curved applications.
  • Cement board installations where required.
  • Comprehensive interior wall framing with 2-1/2" metal studs (25 GA) at 24" o.c., including box headers, curved headers, bottom/top tracks, and deflection tracks.
  • Sound attenuation batt insulation for superior acoustics between offices.
  • Wall stiffeners, FRT blocking, corner beads, and zip beads for durability and clean finishes.

Specialty Work

  • Bulkhead framing and gypsum board cloud enclosures.
  • Window mullions and internal door framing/prep.
  • Fire sealant applications (leveraging Type X board where fire-rated walls were not required).
