Project Scope & Highlights

Drywall Systems

Installed high volumes of 5/8" Type X gypsum board in various panel sizes, including 4'×8', 4'×9', and 4'×12', accommodating both straight and curved wall applications.
Completed cement board installations in designated areas requiring enhanced moisture resistance and durability.
Performed full interior wall framing using 2-1/2" 25-gauge metal studs spaced at 24" on center, including the installation of box headers, curved framing components, top and bottom tracks, and deflection track systems.
Installed sound attenuation batt insulation to improve acoustic performance and privacy throughout the workspace.
Integrated wall stiffeners, fire-retardant-treated (FRT) blocking, corner beads, and zip beads to strengthen wall assemblies and achieve clean, professional finishes.
